Replacement Angel Leisure Centre - Capital Plan Evaluation Recommendations of Cabinet of 1 April 2025 in respect of the Capital Plan Evaluation for the replacement of the Angel Leisure Centre in Tonbridge are ‘to follow’.
In accordance with LGA 1972 Schedule 12A Paragraph 3 – Financial or business affairs of any particular person including the authority holding that information, Annexes 1, 3 and 4 are Private and restricted.

TM/22/01570/OA - Land North East and South of 161 Wateringbury Road Outline Application: All matters reserved except for access for the erection of up to 52 residential dwellings, including affordable housing, open space and landscaping, roads, parking, drainage and earthworks. New access to be formed from Wateringbury Road.

In accordance with LGA 1972 - Sch 12A Paragraph 5 – information in respect of which a claim to legal professional privilege could be maintained in legal proceedings, the legal report of 19 February is private and restricted.
