Application for a Probationary Private Hire Driver's Licence - Case No 03/2017

The Panel was asked to consider whether an application for a Probationary Private Hire Driver’s Licence should be approved following the receipt of information from the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) that the Applicant had 9 penalty points on his Driving Licence for exceeding the statutory speed limit on a public road.

 

The Panel was advised that the Applicant had failed to arrive prior to the start of the meeting. 

 

In the absence of the Applicant the Panel, therefore

 

RESOLVED:  That consideration of the application for a Probationary Private Hire Driver’s Licence (Case No 03/2017) be DEFERRED to a date to be arranged to allow the Applicant to attend the Hearing.
