LAP 25/3

Licensing Act 2003 - Consideration of Interim Steps following an Application for a Summary Review

(Reason: LGA 1972 Sch 12A Para 1 – Information relating to an individual).

 

The Panel is asked to consider whether it is necessary to impose interim steps on a premises licence pending the determination of a summary review of the premises licence.

The Report of the Director of Central Services and Deputy Chief Executive asked the Panel to consider an application from Kent Police for a Summary Review of a premises licence.

 

In reaching its decision, the Panel considered the representations made by Kent Police and the legal representative for the licensee and took into account the policy considerations set out in the report of the Director of Central Services and Deputy Chief Executive and the Home Office Summary Review Guidance.

 

RESOLVED: That the premises licence be suspended until the determination of a Review Hearing on 24 March 2025 at 10.00 am.
