6.	Update on action identified in the last Minutes
	Matters raised in Advance of the meeting Details of the matter to be raised should be provided in writing or by email to committee.services@tmbc.gov.uk at least 10 working days before the meeting. This is so that a response can be provided on the evening of the meeting. Only one question may be submitted by a parish council due to the time limitations.
7.	Housing Service Update The Panel will be provided with an update on the Housing Service by the Head of Housing and Health. Additional documents: Housing Update (Annex) , item 7. PDF 1 MB
8.	Planning Consultation - Role of parish/town councils This item was requested by the Cabinet Member for Planning. The Head of Planning Services will be available to respond to questions.
9.	Local Plan The Panel to be updated on the current progress and latest timetable.
10.	Anti-Social Behaviour Enforcement Team 2025 The Cabinet Member for Community Services has been invited to provide an update on the Enforcement Team.
11.	Climate Change Initiatives The Cabinet Member for Housing, Environment and Economy to provide an update on climate change initiatives.
12.	Community Governance Review The Panel to be provided with an update on the Community Governance Review asking residents of Tonbridge whether they wish to have a Town Council.
13.	Any Other Business To consider any other issues raised at the meeting. Any answers, actions and/or outcomes may be provided at the next meeting of the Parish Partnership Panel.
