To confirm as a correct record the Minutes of the meeting of the Parish Partnership Panel held on 28 August 2025

Details of the matter to be raised should be provided in writing or by email to committee.services@tmbc.gov.uk at least 10 working days before the meeting.  This is so that a response can be provided on the evening of the meeting. Only one question may be submitted by a parish council due to the time limitations.

The Panel will be provided with an update by the Chief Executive and the Leader on the proposals for the Local Government Reorganisation to be submitted to the Government by the 28 November 2025 deadline.

The Panel will be provided with an update by the Head of Planning on the Local Plan progress, including the ongoing public consultation currently running from 10 November 2025 to 2 January 2026.

The Panel will be provided with an update by the Development Manager and the Principal Enforcement Manager on the Enforcement function of the Planning Services.

The Panel will be provided with an update by the Cabinet Member for Planning on an Informal Landfill Register.

The Panel will be provided with an update by the Cabinet Member for Community Services on the proposal for the continuation of the Anti-Social Behaviour Enforcement Team for a further two-year period in 2026/27.

The Panel will be provided with an update by the Cabinet Member for Housing, Environment and Economy and the Climate Change Officer on the Climate Change initiatives of the Borough Council.

To consider any other issues raised at the meeting.  Any answers, actions and/or outcomes may be provided at the next meeting of the Parish Partnership Panel.
