To confirm as a correct record the Minutes of the meeting of Tonbridge Community Forum held on 1 September 2025.

HiKent will provide a summary of their activities.

Details of the matter to be raised should be provided in writing or by email to committee.services@tmbc.gov.uk at least 10 working days before the meeting.  This is so that a response can be provided on the evening of the meeting.  Only one question may be submitted by an organisation due to the time limitations.

Kent Police will provide an update on neighbouring policing and recent initiatives and operations. 

To receive a presentation on the Local Plan from the Director of Planning, Housing and Environmental Health.

To receive a presentation on the Tonbridge Infrastructure Statement from the Director of Planning, Housing and Environmental Health.

An update on the progress of the reinstatement of the Penny Shelter, River Walk was requested by Tonbridge Historical Society.

An update on the speed limit on Lower Haysden Lane following a fatality was requested by Tonbridge Bicycle Users Group.

To consider any other issues raised at the meeting.  Any answers, actions and/or outcomes may be provided at the next meeting of the  Tonbridge Community Forum.
