The report provided an update on progress and set out a programme for the implementation of the scheme.
Following consideration by the Planning and Transportation Advisory Board, the Cabinet Member for Planning and Transportation resolved that:
The progress made towards implementing the Town Lock capital project be noted and the programme as set out in the report be approved.
