Details were given of an approach by Tonbridge Sailing Club for a new lease to enable them to apply to outside bodies for grants and funding. The report set out a proposed way forward based on the surrender of the existing lease and the simultaneous grant of a new lease to the Club.
Following consideration by the Finance, Innovation and Property Advisory Board, the Cabinet Member for Finance, Innovation and Property resolved that the simultaneous surrender of the existing lease and the grant of a new 28 year lease on the terms and conditions set out in the report be approved.
