The report set out the background to the lease of the St John Ambulance Site in Vale Road, Tonbridge, together with a proposal for the joint disposal of the site for development purposes.
Following consideration by the Finance, Innovation and Property Advisory Board, the Cabinet Member for Finance, Innovation and Property resolved that negotiations for the disposal of the St John Ambulance site for development be continued as outlined in the report and details of the outcome of negotiations be referred back to the Advisory Board before a final decision is made.
