Further to Decision Number D150006MEM, details were given of the outcome of negotiations for the disposal of the St John Ambulance site, Tonbridge including the recommendations of an independent valuer.
Following consideration by the Finance, Innovation and Property Advisory Board, the Cabinet Member for Finance, Innovation and Property resolved that:
Disposal of the St John Ambulance site for development be approved on the basis outlined in the report and as recommended by the independent valuer.
