The report gave details of proposed terms and conditions for the disposal of amenity land adjacent to Cherwell Close, Tonbridge to allow extension of the garden of an adjoining property.
Following consideration by the Finance, Innovation and Property Advisory Board, the Cabinet Member for Finance, Innovation and Property resolved that:
Approval be given to the disposal of the area of amenity land adjacent to Cherwell Close on the basis of the conditions outlined in the report.
