The report gave details of action necessary to regularise a conveyance in respect of land at Vale Rise, Tonbridge including the grant of a new right of way.
Following consideration by the Finance, Innovation and Property Advisory Board, the Cabinet Member for Finance, Innovation and Property resolved that:
The discrepancy in the original 1995 conveyance be corrected and a new right of way be granted as outlined in the report.
