Consideration was given to proposed terms and conditions for a new lease of the Six in One Club, Tonbridge.
Following consideration by the Finance, Innovation and Property Advisory Board, the Cabinet Member for Finance, Innovation and Property resolved that:
A new lease be granted under the terms and conditions outlined in the report.
