In accordance with Overview and Scrutiny Procedure Rule 15 (i) and given the requirement to submit an Interim Plan in respect of the Local Government Reorganisation Programme by 21 March 2025, the Chair of Overview and Scrutiny Committee and the Group Leaders had consented to the ‘suspension’ of the call-in procedure to prevent any delay seriously prejudicing the Council’s or the public’s interest.
