• Councillor Robin Betts - Other Significant Interest - On the grounds that he represented the Borough Council on the Tonbridge and Malling Leisure Trust Board. He withdrew from the meeting during discussion of this item. However, Councillor Betts remained in the meeting to hear about the Leisure Facilities - Leisure Trust update but did not participate in the debate.
