• Councillor Nicolas Heslop BA (Hons) - Other Significant Interest - on the grounds that as Leader of the Borough Council, he had been involved in the proposals to sell the land which was the subject of this application. He advised that it would not be appropriate that he participate in the determination of the application and he withdrew from the meeting during consideration of this item.
