• Councillor Nicolas Heslop BA (Hons) - Other Significant Interest - In respect of charges for concessionary use of Tonbridge Castle Council Chamber on the grounds of membership of the Board of The Bridge Trust. While he withdrew from the meeting the chair was taken by Councillor M Coffin.
