Councillor Matt Boughton - Other Significant Interest - Cllrs Boughton and Betts declared an Other Significant Interest in the UKSPF Community Development Grant Scheme (item 8) on the grounds that they were involved with the Kent Farmers Market Association and the Swan Community Benefit Society who had both applied for grant funding. They withdrew from the meeting and did not participate in any discussion or vote on this matter.
