RESOLVED:  That

 

(1)     Application (A) TM/21/01278/FL be APPROVED in accordance with the submitted details, conditions, reasons and informatives set out in the report and supplementary report of the Director of Planning, Housing and Environmental Health subject to the addition of the following Informatives:

 

1.       The applicant is strongly encouraged to consider all available options for incorporating additional electric vehicle charging points within the new car park at the earliest opportunity.

 

2.       The applicant is advised that the details to be submitted pursuant to Condition 11 should include full details of the operation of the electronic booking system and how it will be maintained and retained for perpetuity.

    

(2)     Application (B) TM/21/01279/LB be APPROVED in accordance with the submitted details, conditions, reasons and informatives set out in the report and supplementary report of the Director of Planning, Housing and Environmental Health.
