RESOLVED: That the application be APPROVED on the basis that very special circumstances have been demonstrated which include the prior approval of the change of use of one of the agricultural buildings to residential (Part 3 Class Q) and the enhanced sustainability measures which will be introduced to the proposed building to meet both local and national aims to reduce climate change.
