Minutes: The report of the Head of Transportation, KCC provided an update on the development of a scheme to reduce congestion at the A26 Tonbridge Road/Bow Road/Redhill crossroads in Wateringbury and indicated that anticipated costs exceeded the available funding allocated from the South East Local Enterprise Partnership (SELEP). The report outlined an alternative option to upgrade the traffic signals but advised that this would provide little benefit and did not represent value for money.
